Return and Refund Policy

Because our products are made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for incorrect size selection, colour selection, change of mind, or buyer's remorse.

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us at info@greatislandproductions.com within 30 days of delivery and include photographs of the issue. We will work with our production partner to arrange a replacement or refund where appropriate.

Please contact us before returning any item. Return instructions will be provided if a return is required.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

To help us assess the issue, please provide photographs showing the product and the defect, damage, or error.

 

Non-Returnable Items

As our products are made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for:

  • Incorrect colour selection
  • Buyer's remorse
  • Normal wear and tear

As our products are made to order, cancellation and return rights may be limited in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws.

European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, consumers may have the right to cancel or return their order within 14 days of receiving the goods, without giving a reason, in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws.

However, this right may not apply to goods that are made to the consumer's specifications, personalised, or produced on demand, where an exemption is permitted under applicable law.

Refunds

If a refund is approved, it will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.

We will notify you once your claim has been reviewed and let you know whether a replacement or refund has been approved.

Please note that it may take several business days for your bank, credit card provider, or payment processor to complete the refund and post it to your account.
